Refund and Cancellation Policy – ABALAW

ABALAW’s refund and cancellation policy outlines our terms for consultations in Toronto, including cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.

Consultation Services
All consultations booked via our website are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled consultation may be rescheduled without a fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation are non-refundable.

No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will not receive a refund.

To reschedule a consultation, contact us at least 24 hours in advance via email:

Technical Issues (Online Consultations)
If a technical issue prevents the consultation from taking place, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
